Man United could make a January move to sign in-form striker, Serhou Guirassy.
Manchester United could look to provide some help for Rasmus Hojlund in the goal scoring department. The Dane has looked good, though he’s still without a Premier League goal. It’s almost December.
Hojlund is still so young and is showing us promise aplenty. It is unfair to place the burden solely on his young shoulders. Hence, a move to bring in another forward is not out of the question – preferably in the January window.
Finding the right calibre of player in the mid-season window is never easy, though United may have stumbled upon someone; Serhou Guirassy.
The man from Guinea currently plays for VfB Stuttgart in Germany, having scored an impressive nine goals in 15 Bundesliga games so far this term.
Now, journalist Santi Aouna believes the 27-year-old striker is ‘on the list’ for United, who have already inquired about Guirassy’s availability.
Guirassy is also being eyed by AS Roma, AC Milan and Newcastle after his great start to the season.
The forward also has a relatively low £15m (€17.5m) release clause, which could be extremely tempting as several clubs look for extra fire-power in the middle of the season.

The issue here is Anthony Martial. I do not see the club going out and signing another forward unless the Frenchman is on the way out. I guess it all comes down to what the Frenchman wants. If he’s happy playing a bit-part role then I would imagine he will remain at the club until at least the summer.
However, we’ve covered reports suggesting he isn’t exactly content with the way it’s going right now. If the right offers come in for his services in the mid-season window, he could well leave, paving the way for the Reds to sign Guirassy.
