Manchester United Football Club have gone through a fair few managers in the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era.
The Red Devils have seemingly settled on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, with the Baby Faced Assassin enjoying an upturn in form recently – winning the last four from five.
Anyway, the previous manager at the helm, Jose Mourinho, left on a sour note. Results were poor, the performances were worse. Now, the self-proclaimed Special One is back working in the Premier League. Tottenham Hotspur are the *lucky* club to acquire his services, and well, it’s certainly going to be intriguing to see how this one plays out.
For United fans, the move was met with intrigue. Most are immediately looking towards the fixture between United and Spurs at Old Trafford in just two weeks’ time – which is obviously going to be an eagerly-anticipated fixture.
Others joked that Paul Pogba will suddenly make a miraculous recovery from injury in order to play in that fixture, as he looks to prove the Portuguese wrong. The same can be said about Anthony Martial, and several others whom Mourinho went to war with during his tenure in Manchester.
Whatever happens, it’s going to be a massive fixture, but for now, I’ll leave you with the best reaction:
