Man United fans react to top class Paul Pogba outing vs Sheffield Utd

pogba hates deeper role at man united

Man United fans reacted in their masses as Paul Pogba put in arguably his best display of the season vs Sheffield Utd.

Football is a funny old game. Just a couple of weeks ago, it looked like Paul Pogba’s time at Manchester United was over. The Frenchman’s agent would say as much to the media.

However, in the four games since then, I’d certainly have Pogba up there in regards to our best performing footballers. Tonight against Sheffield United, La Pioche was simply excellent.

The World Cup winner was pinging passes all over the park, making driving runs forward and bringing other teammates into play. It was an outing jam-packed with offensive quality, while the Frenchman also didn’t shy away from getting stuck in and doing the dirty work, too.

This is the Pogba we’ve all been craving to see on a regular basis. Sure, we’ve seen it in fits and spurts but at the highest level, consistency is key. Now, if the 27-year-old can really push on from here, there’s every chance that this United side can challenge for a Premier League title.

There is no more room for mistakes. Pogba also needs to shut his agent up as it’s an unwanted distraction. We all know the talent he possesses, all we want is to see that on a regular basis. Heck, even if he has his heart set on leaving Old Trafford, what better way to bow out than with a league title under his belt…?

As you’d imagine, United fans were left massively impressed with the key star’s top display against Sheffield United. Hopefully, this really kickstarts Pogba’s season!
