Man United keen on signing insanely good £35million rated midfielder: report

Manchester United Football Club are keen on signing Renato Sanches from Bayern Munich this summer, according to the Daily Mail. The report claims that the Red Devils want to bring in the £35million midfielder, but right now, we’re not close to agreeing a deal.

Apparently big-spending AC Milan are also interested in signing the Portugal international, however, Munich only want to let him leave on a season-long loan deal – which means things could get complicated.

If it’s true that the Bavarian giants only want to send him out on loan, then there is absolutely no point continuing with our interest. What’s the point in developing a teenager as talented as Sanches, and then sending him back to the German giants? It just doesn’t make good business sense.

Sanches has been at the Allianz Arena for only twelve months, but he struggled to make an impact in the Bundesliga. This is surprising to me, considering just how insanely good he was during the European Championships literally a month before the domestic season began. Who knows, he may have been feeling a little bit burnt out.

I like him and I think he’d improve our starting line-up from day one. For £35million, it could be considered quite cheap in the modern day market, but we’ll just have to wait and see if a bid is made.
