Over the last six months or so, something has changed at Manchester United. This club, for all it’s worth, lost sight of what it was for a few years.
Credit where it’s due, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has changed that mantra over the last twelve months or so. From top to bottom, this club is looking in a much healthier place.
The decision-makers seem to be doing things with the fans at the forefront of their mind once again – and it truly is brilliant to see. Without fans, football is nothing.
Yesterday, Harry Maguire took to Twitter to share a story of another Red Devils fan – and again, United have come out of it looking like the elite club they are.

The Reds have offered to send him a food parcel, while also stating that they’ll call him once or twice a week just for a chat in case he’s feeling lonely.
This is what it’s all about. Fans are the lifeblood of this sport. People like Damien Masters and his dad are part and parcel of the reason why United are so successful and it’s absolutely brilliant to see the club doing their bit in return.
Again, this is something that we’d seldom seen over the last few years, but during this COVID-19 pandemic, United have made the correct decisions time-in-time-out. Fair play.
