Man United offered Isco or Bale in Pogba cash-plus-player move: report

Manchester United could well lose Paul Pogba this summer. However, the Red devils will only let him go for an offer which suits them.

After paying £89million for the Frenchman just a few years ago, the Old Trafford outfit will be looking to profit on their #6 during this window.

The latest story in regards to Pogba’s future comes from Mundo Deportivo, who say that Real Madrid have offered big money, plus a choice of player in an attempt to convince United to sell their star 26-year-old this summer.

Apparently, a huge £72million, plus either Gareth Bale or Isco is on the table. However, Real Madrid have indicated that the move will be reliant on Pogba handing in a transfer request at United…

At this point, I’m all for letting Pogba go as he’s having a negative effect rather than being a positive influence. However, the Bale ship has sailed. He’s past his prime and constantly injured.

I’d love to see Isco at Old Trafford. He’s a creative genius who carves out chances for fun. He’s been in and out of the team at Real and one thing United can guarantee him is regular playing time.

Aged 27, he’s right in the middle of his prime and this could be the perfect opportunity for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to make his move for someone who the Reds can build around.
