Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Showed off his tackling ability on a couple of occasions. Steady. 5/10

Lisandro Martinez – The Argentine continues to impress. His passing was good, while he was never troubled going backwards. 6/10

Harry Maguire – Defended pretty well and won some important headers. Did the job asked of him. 6/10

Tyrell Malacia – Always a reliable stand-in when Luke Shaw isn’t playing. Continued to prove his worth. 5/10

Casemiro – Protected his back four nicely. Did the job that was asked of him. Towed the line while being a booking away from suspension. 6/10

Fred – Covered every blade of grass for the cause. Decent enough. 5/10

Bruno Fernandes – Hit and miss, though continued to lead the press and drive his team forward. 6/10

Facundo PellistriImpressive. Looked lively at times. Wrongly booked. An encouraging overall performance. 6/10

Marcus Rashford – Scored the only goal with a lovely finish from outside the area. Excellent. 7/10

Wout Weghorst – Continued to work hard and offer United an outlet up front. Didn’t really have any clear-cut scoring chances. 5/10

Marcel Sabitzer – Nice to see him back out there after injury.

Anthony Elanga – Didn’t really get into any threatening positions.

Diogo Dalot – Brought on to help see the game out.
