Here are our player ratings as Man United drew 1-1 vs Brentford in a massive Premier League game…

Andre Onana – One of United’s better players. Made some important saves to keep the scores level throughout the game. His distribution was decent enough. 8/10

Diogo Dalot – Played at right-back and started slowly. Wasn’t his finest outing of late. You’d like to see him involved more. 4/10

Raphael Varane – Had an excellent first half defensively. Was probably the Reds’ best player but came off after 45 due to injury. 7/10

Victor Lindelof – Also went off injured in the second half. Had his hands full with Ivan Toney. Did okay. 5/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Started at left-back. A decision I will never understand. Not good enough at all out there. Positionally poor. 3/10

Scott McTominay – Not good enough at all. Couldn’t deal with the pace of the game and was often caught out in midfield. 3/10

Kobbie Mainoo – Once again one of United’s better players. Never looked flustered. By far his best performance but was decent enough. 5/10

Alejandro Garnacho – Wasn’t as involved as you’d like. It’s tough coming back from South America and straight into the team. 4/10

Bruno Fernandes – Very quiet. Didn’t get into the game at all. Didn’t use possession well whenever he had it. 4/10

Marcus Rashford – Back to looking like playing without a care in the world. Cruised around the pitch far too casually. 3/10

Rasmus Hojlund – Barely involved, though a lack of service did not help. Had one decent chance all game. 4/10

Subs:

Harry Maguire – Did his part when brought on.

Lisandro Martinez – Nice to see him back out there.

Mason Mount – I was delighted for him that he scored.

Casemiro – An average outing.

Antony – Had one half-chance of note.
