Man United player ratings during 1-1 draw vs FC Twente

Here are our player ratings from the 1-1 draw at Old Trafford between Man United and FC Twente.

Andre Onana – Had a quiet game as he was largely untested. Made one excellent save, though was beaten too easily at his near post for the leveller. 5/10

Noussair Mazraoui – Continues to put in consistent performances. Solid defensively and pretty good with the ball at feet. 6/10

Harry Maguire – Steady enough at the heart of defence. Wasn’t really tested too frequently by the Twente front men. 6/10

Lisandro Martinez – Among the Reds’ best performers on the day. Defended super well and looked accomplished with the ball at feet. 7/10

Diogo Dalot – Had a mixed game. Didn’t get forward enough but was solid enough when going backwards aside from one lapse in concentration. 6/10

Manuel Ugarte – Honestly, I was expecting more. He didn’t really control the midfield like I was expecting. He was far too quiet. 4/10

Christian Eriksen – Scored a lovely goal to open the scoring, but gave away possession far too cheaply for the Twente equaliser. A truly mixed game. 5/10

Bruno Fernandes – Uncharacteristically sloppy when in possession. Gave it away too many times and didn’t create chances. 4/10

Amad – One of the brighter sparks in attack Created some decent openings and linked up the play nicely. 6/10

Marcus Rashford – Looked sharp and confident which was a welcome sight. Worked well with Zirkzee but wasn’t really given anything more than a half-chance. 6/10

Joshua Zirkzee – Forced the keeper into one good save late on, but that was his only real opportunity of note. Looked good in hold-up play. 6/10

Subs:

Mason Mount – Good to see him back after injury.

Rasmus Hojlund – Continues to build up the fitness.

Alejandro Garnacho – Looked sharp.

Kobbie Mainoo – Added some more mobility to midfield.
