Dean Henderson – Made a massive mistake early on. Recovered well from that and bounced back with a couple of smart stops. 4/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – He was okay. Careless in possession at times but won some key tackles. 4/10

Victor Lindelof – Played a lovely ball into Rashford for the equaliser. Was partly at fault for Sheffield’s second though. 5/10

Harry Maguire – Decent. I wish he wouldn’t play the ball back to his keeper as often as he does, mind… 5/10

Alex Telles – Probably United’s best defender on the night. Positionally solid, won some key battles and wasn’t afraid to scrap. 6/10

Nemanja Matic – He’s just too slow sometimes. Kept it simple with his passing. 5/10

Paul Pogba – Excellent. Drove forward on multiple occasions and helped carve out several chances. 7/10

Bruno Fernandes – Unbelievably, this was his first away league game without registering a goal or an assist. He was still creating opportunities galore though. What a player. 6/10

Mason Greenwood – Had a couple of half-chances, but didn’t really get into the game. 5/10

Marcus Rashford – Scored two and constantly threatened. United’s best player on the day. 8/10

Anthony Martial – His best game in a while. Nice to see him back on the scoresheet. Linked up well with Rashford. 7/10

Subs:

Juan Mata – Nearly scored with one of his first touches.

Donny van de Beek – Passed up on a glorious chance to play Rashford in.

Scott McTominay – Not enough time to mark.
