Here are our player ratings from Man United vs Crystal Palace (2023/24 away).

Andre Onana – Was beaten far too easily at his near post. Did make some important saves throughout the evening. 4/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Back at left-back. It wasn’t good. Didn’t get forward at all. Struggled to get into any sort of rhythm throughout. Average defensively. 3/10

Casemiro – I think he’s just given up, both mentally and physically. He’s been ambling around for months now, but he was majorly punished for it by Palace. Poor in every single aspect. 1/10

Jonny Evans – Came back from injury to start this game. It showed. He looked a yard or two off the pace but you can never question his commitment to the cause. 4/10

Diogo Dalot – Wasn’t involved at all in an attacking sense. Struggled to deal with Palace’s pace and quality down that side. 3/10

Kobbie Mainoo – Possibly his worst game in United colours, though wasn’t helped by the far more experienced players around him. 4/10

Christian Eriksen – Just too slow and unathletic to play in the Premier League. Bypassed far too easily in midfield. 4/10

Mason Mount – Nice to see him start a league game for the first time in months. Looked rusty. 4/10

Alejandro Garnacho – Worked hard. Looked like the only bright spark in attack. Nothing really came off despite his efforts. 4/10

Antony – Another dreadful display resulting in a subbing off around the hour mark. £80m+ this lad cost. Shocking. 3/10

Rasmus Hojlund Harshly punished for a foul on Henderson at 1-0 down. Wasn’t really involved due to a lack of service. 4/10

Subs:

Sofyan Amrabat – Brought on and booked almost instantly. Looked miles off it like the rest of them.

Amad – Not enough time to make an impact.

Ethan Wheatley – Not enough time to mark.
