Man United have made their Kingsley Coman intentions pretty clear, it seems…
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United are certainly improving. However, there are still some glaring holes in the squad. One of which is out wide.
In direct response to that, SportBILD (Wednesday print edition) translated via Sport Witness, are linking United with a move to sign Kingsley Coman.
They go pretty big, claiming that interest from Solskjaer in the 26-cap France star is more ‘concrete’ than known.
What makes me intrigued by this rumour is how in-depth SportBILD go. The Old Trafford club are serious about this one, so-much-so that they’ve placed big wages on the table. It’s rumoured that the player could earn €8m-a-year (£7m, or about £130k-a-week) if the switch to the Theatre of Dreams is made.
Check out SportBILD’s report here:

I like Coman. The best word I can use to describe him is ‘winner’. After all, he’s won league titles for almost a decade straight if my maths is correct!
He’s quick, two-footed and a real nuisance to deal with for opposing defenders. No doubt he’d cost a pretty penny as Bayern Munich look to keep ahold of the 24-year-old – but it’d undoubtedly be a signing worth making.
Given how in detail SportBILD have gone on this one, you’d imagine they’re pretty confident about United’s interest in the Frenchman. For me, this one has legs. At the very least, it’s one to keep an eye on as we approach a massive summer transfer window.
Coman probably isn’t the Jadon Sancho signing we’ve all been dreaming of, but the Frenchman certainly comes pretty close, that’s for sure.
