Man United superstar still wants to leave – even if Jose Mourinho loses his job: report

Manchester United Football Club find themselves in a must-win situation this evening; for Jose Mourinho’s sake.

The self-proclaimed Special One has been embroiled in a huge player vs manager row with Paul Pogba, and many fans feel as if one or the other simply has to leave.

However, that may not be the case. According to The Sun, per the Daily Mail, Pogba still wants to leave Old Trafford – even if Mourinho loses his job…

I’m always surprised when supporters take the player’s side, I feel as though it undermines the manager and all it does is create more pressure.

With player-power being at the highest it has ever been, it always looked likely that the Frenchman would win this battle. It seems as though whatever happens, the 25-year-old still wants to leave.

To that, I say no player is bigger than the club. If he doesn’t want to be here then fine, let him go. The ball is in United’s court, though. Pogba has three years left on his current United deal. The club could make him rot in the reserves if they want to.

It’s going to be intriguing to see exactly how this one plays out.
