Man United have released some new training gear for the remainder of the 2020/21 season.
Since Adidas have taken charge of becoming our kit manufacturer, Manchester United’s designs have either been very basic or very bold. From last season’s snakeskin number to this terms ‘firework’ pattern on the home shirt, the Red Devils have certainly stood out more often than not.
Well, the latest training gear unveiled by Adidas and United is no different; and it’s absolutely gorgeous.
This time, Adidas have gone for this striking orange number, modelled by new signings Alex Telles and Edinson Cavani. Axel Tuanzebe also got involved in the release, sporting a slick-looking jacket.
United announced this one somewhat out of the blue. More often than not, we’ll see the players wearing new gear in training before it’s officially announced.
This time around, though, the club and Adidas did an excellent job of keeping it under wraps before releasing the gear.

Honestly, I fully appreciate that this will divide opinion due to how striking the bright orange is, but I’m a huge fan.
This is definitely something I’d wear on a late-night jog around the park or on a cycling ride in the early morning. Heck, at least you know cars are certainly going to see you when you’re in the road!
I sometimes don’t like it when clubs do the easy thing and remain boring when it comes to club gear, training-wear in particular. This is certainly on the bolder end of the spectrum but at least it’s something a little different.
Hopefully, the players feel good when they’re wearing this kit in training. Look good, feel good. That’s what I always say!
