Manchester United are seemingly prepared to let of their young talents leave the club this summer, but one of those who United are keen to get the contract of renewed is Andreas Pereria. However the 19-year old has rejected the clubs initial contract offer due to a lack of playing time and not enough money.
Anyone who watches the United U21s will know just how talented Pereira is, but the fact that he is trying to get more money out of United without even proving anything is a bit bizarre.
I understand where he is coming from in terms of playing time, but there simply hasn’t been enough games in the squad to utilise the youngsters like him.
Perhaps the best move for all parties is to get a loan move sorted out, and lets see how he performs week-in week-out before he or the club make any hasty decisions.
Pereira’s issue at Utd is about the money he was offered and the fact he has had zero playing time.
