Jose Mourinho has made an extremely bright start to life as Manchester United manager, with our new coach making some brilliant additions to the playing squad. Alongside incomings must be outgoings, and one man who has been constantly linked with a move away from Old Trafford is Marcos Rojo.
The Argentinian cost United £12million on the back of an excellent World Cup back in 2014, and started brightly at the Theatre of Dreams. However, his performances seemed to slowly get worse, and last season was a real poor one overall for the 26-year-old from La Plata.
One thing that has never come into question for Rojo is his attitude, and he has always tried his utmost best, and remained committed to the cause. That is still the case here, and quite evidently so. Earlier today, Rojo took to Twitter to post a photo of himself donning a Manchester United jersey, alongside the hashtag #RojoIsRed.
This likely means he is still willing to fight for his place despite not being fully part of Mourinho’s plans, and you feel this twelve months ahead is huge for him if he wants to salvage his Manchester United career.
