Man Utd player ratings during 0-0 draw with Chelsea (Premier League away, 2020/21)

David de Gea – Made a couple of easy saves, but that was about it. 5/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Defended well down his side. Wasn’t really able to get forward too much. 5/10

Victor Lindelof – Undoubtedly one of his better games this season. Made a vital challenge to deny Werner in the dying embers. 7/10

Harry Maguire – Won headers, got forward on a few occasions. Did his job. 5/10

Luke Shaw – Wasn’t as buccaneering as he usually is. Defended well. 5/10

Scott McTominay – Looked half-fit, his passing was sloppy but he still offers more than Nemanja Matic. 5/10

Fred – So-so. Ironically improved after picking up a booking. 6/10

Bruno Fernandes – Worryingly quiet. Didn’t do anything of note to try and break the deadlock. 4/10

Marcus Rashford – Ran down too many blind alley’s and was too afraid to take on the shot. 4/10

Daniel James – Probably United’s best attacker. Worked hard and created some decent chances. 6/10

Mason Greenwood – Drifted in and out of it. Held the ball up well at times but he never looked threatening. 5/10

Subs:

Anthony Martial – Quiet.
