Manchester United destroyed Liverpool 3-0 at Old Trafford yesterday, with Louis van Gaal’s men once again winning without putting in an all that spectacular performance. The win consolidated our spot in third ahead of a trip to Aston Villa next weekend, and the lads will be feeling more and more confident with each passing game.
This is a game that obviously means an awful lot to the fans, and its probably the biggest fixture in the English calendar despite it not involving either of the two sides that’ll eventually run out as Premier League winners.
Some of the lads took to social media to react to the victory:
Happy for the victory and for the fans at Old Trafford!! We continue the winning run! Thanks for your support! pic.twitter.com/F71Gk9gCX9
