Manchester United have had a successful transfer window to this point, but you still feel the club needs to press on with another couple of signings if Louis van Gaal is to guide his side to mount a real title challenge in the Dutchman’s second season as manager.
According to The Mirror, Manchester United are plotting an move to bring John Stones to United, and keeping him out of the grasp of Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea.
The Mirror go on to say that United are prepared to use Jonny Evans in the deal as a sweetener to persuade Everton into selling one of their prized assets.
Despite Stones’ immense talent, you feel that United need someone with a bit of experience at this moment in time, rather than another young defender to add to an already growing collection.
Would Stones be a good signing? Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below.

No John stones would not be worth signing. Manunited need Nicolas otamendi, Pedro, Nicolas Gaitan and cavani to make the team strong.
yeah he would be a good buy for the club
He would be a good signing providing someone like Otamendi was also signed. At the moment we can’t trust the clowns already playing in those positions at United to bring him through.

It’s simple United need Otamendi a striker and a winger, then they will have a good chance of the title.
he is as good as what is there now i think
He is a great talent and we all have varying concerns about Phil Jones…BUT I think we need a centre back who is a big leader, someone that will shout, organise etc…whether thats Otamendi or ??? I do not know but you would expect LVG and club would realise these things…
our defence is not strong enough at the min plus we need a striker to challenge for the title
