Manchester United have spent big in the last week or so, with the club bringing in three players in areas where gaping holes have been on show during the past few seasons. There is still work to do, but United must keep hold of their current crop of stars on top of bringing in new faces.
According to Le Parisien, Manchester United are now ready to sell Angel di Maria to Paris Saint-Germain. The Argentine winger’s future has been up in the air for a while now, and Louis van Gaal is ready to cut his losses on the 27-year old by selling him for just over £42million.
Di Maria himself is understood to want the move that could’ve happened last summer if Financial Fair Play wasn’t in effect.
Personally I’d like to see Angel di Maria given another season, we all know just how talented he is and exactly what he is capable of, but if he wants the move there might not be an awful lot United can do.
