Manchester United don’t really have anything to play for in today’s game against Hull City, but nonetheless its nice for Louis van Gaal to have a full squad of players fit and available. However today, that isn’t the case.
We could well have already seen David de Gea’s last game for the club, with reports this morning suggesting that the 24-year old shot-stopper hasn’t travelled with the rest of the squad to Hull this afternoon.
Another casualty is that of Radamel Falcao who hasn’t travelled either. The reasoning for El Tigre not travelling is still unknown, but its probably due to an injury rather than for tactical reasons.
One positive is that the club captain Wayne Rooney is fit and ready for action for one last time this season, and hopefully he can end it right and grab a couple of goals.
