Manchester United’s transfer window has been a hugely successful one to this point, but Louis van Gaal clearly isn’t done yet, as he plots more audacious moves before the season kicks off in just under three weeks time.
The latest reports coming out of Germany suggest that Manchester United are ready to offer a huge €100million to tempt Bayern Munich into parting with one of their prized assets – Thomas Muller.
Muller, 25, has been integral for both club and country for the last few years, with the versatile German winning everything there is to be won for both club and country.
There is no doubting that he’d be an absolutely wonderful signing for Manchester United Football Club, but I struggle to see how Louis van Gaal is going to tempt Muller into leaving Bavaria.
