Man Utd’s interest in striker confirmed by Sky Sports

Manchester United confirmed the signing of Memphis Depay earlier on today, and Louis van Gaal is clearly keen to follow that with a few more new faces just yet, and one area he has identified is the striker role.

With Radamel Falcao leaving, and Robin van Persie ageing, United will need at least one more striker capable of helping Wayne Roone scoring the goals.

According to Sky Sports News, Manchester United have confirmed their interest in signing the Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

Kane, 21, had a 31 goal season this term, and many heads from the top clubs have been turned. However a move for him this summer could be one year too soon.

He has only had one season playing regularly, personally I’d like to give him another year at Spurs before making a big-money offer for the Englishman, and let him develop his game further.
