Manchester United could be about to part with one of their many goalkeepers, as a move from Besiktas for the castoff Victor Valdes looms, according to the Turkish media outlet Fanatik. Valdes only signed for the club in January, but has fallen out with Louis van Gaal.
The pair have been at loggerheads over a situation regarding Valdes’ fitness and the under 21s, it is believed that Valdes refused to start in an U21s fixture back in March as he felt he was fully fit and ready for first-team action.
Louis van Gaal clearly didn’t feel that way and wanted him to play some more minutes for the youth team, but this clearly upset the former Barcelona keeper.
A move away from Old Trafford has been on the cards for the 33-year old over the last few weeks, with many linking him with a move to Spain. However it seems as though no solid offers are yet to have come in for the World Cup winner, but it does look as though he will leave the club before the window slams shut.
