Manchester United are two players away from a Premier League crown, legend says

Manchester United Football Club are very hit and miss this term, but results, more often than not, have been positive.  You still feel that a few more pieces are needed for a title challenge, and club legend Gary Neville has revealed who he’d like to see at the club.

“If you put two more players into Manchester United’s team, say a Gareth Bale or a Cristiano Ronaldo into that team, that team could win the league. Because the structure that is being built at this moment in time is solid.” Neville began.

“But they need that match-winner, that Neymar, that Luis Suarez, the one that is going to light up a game and score one or two goals to take it away, then all of a sudden they would look like a Barcelona, because they’re dominating possession, making teams look foolish.”

There is no doubting that we have what looks like a solid foundation at the club at the moment, but we are certainly missing that match-winner. If Louis van Gaal can somehow lure a world class player into the team in January, a title charge may not be beyond Manchester United this term.
