Manchester United will certainly have to splash the cash this summer, particularly if the team keep bringing in results like the loss yesterday. One area of concern must be the striker position, as we seem very thin on the ground in terms of numbers up top.
However that could well change this summer, and according to the Daily Mail, Manchester United are closing in on a huge £70million move to land Borussia Dortmund hot-shot, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The 26-year old from Gabon is a real asset for the German side. He has bags of pace, a real eye for goal and certainly plays his part for the team, too. If we could land a player of his calibre it’d be a huge lift for the rest of the dressing room as well as the fans, and it would certainly bring excitement to the table.
