Manchester United could yet make deadline day signing, claims agent

Manchester United could yet make a signing before the end of the transfer window, and it comes from the most reliable of sources. The agent of Omar Elabdellaoui has claimed that a move to Manchester United could yet happen for his client.

“The interest of Manchester United is in place. We will see what happens during the night.” Elabdellaoui’s agent said.

The interest in the right-back is clear for all to see, but you do feel as though Manchester United could have certainly left it slightly too late to make this one happen.

Elabdellaoui, 24, is a centre-back who currently plays in the Greek league for Olympiacos, as well as the Norwegian national side.

He offers versatility as he can also play in a more advanced position, and we all know just how much Louis van Gaal likes his players to be able to play in more than one area of the field.
