Manchester United Football Club have been struggling for form recently, particularly in an attacking sense. That has led to a whole host of stars being linked with a move to Old Trafford. One of which is Southampton’s Sadio Mane, but that move doesn’t look like happening.
According to the Daily Mirror, Sadio Mane will not be leaving the Saints this window, and he will remain a Southampton player until at least the summer, where he is expected to be on the move.
The Senegal international has clearly has his head turned by Manchester United’s interest in him, but has remained professional throughout which is always good to see.
His pace, trickery on the ball and all-round willingness to get his teammates involved would be a great asset to a team that are struggling up front like we are at the moment. The sooner we sign a player like Mane, the better.
