Manchester United drawn away to Chelsea in FA Cup fifth round

Well, if we’re to win the 2019 FA Cup, we’ll certainly be doing it the hard way. Manchester United have been drawn away at Chelsea for a place in the quarter-final.

After overcoming Arsenal 3-1 on their own turf, you’d have thought the footballing powers that be would have taken it easier on us, but no, we’ll be heading to Stamford Bridge in mid-February.

The two sides met in London back in October, and actually, that was a game that United probably should have won on the balance of it. With this newfound confidence that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has delivered, we have to believe that United at leas have a chance.

One thing is for certain, it should be another exciting game that’ll test Solskjaer’s managerial mettle to the absolute max. He’s going to go up against one of the best in the country in the form of Maurizio Sarri and it’ll be intriguing to see if we change things tactically.

Hopefully, if we can maintain our unbeaten record until the trip to Stamford Bridge, I’d give us a great chance to win at a ground where we’ve usually struggled.
