Manchester United finally broke the news that the fans have been waiting for; Out-of-contract star striker Marcus Rashford has put pen to paper on a new long-term contract at Old Trafford. Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has also signed a new deal.
The club announced the news earlier today, as the pair have guaranteed themselves a career at Manchester United until 2020, with the option for a further year to be added.
Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has filled in wonderfully at left-back at times this season, and the real high point of his game has to be those pinpoint crosses he has the ability to deliver.
Marcus Rashford has been nothing short of sensational. The striker came into the fold due to an injury to Martial, but hasn’t looked back since. At 18, he has scored so many important goals already, and his abilities have been recognised on the international stage.
Hopefully Jose Mourinho sees just how talented these guys are, and gives them the game time they deserve to further their careers.
