Manchester United’s transfer window is going through a bit of a lull at the moment, since splurging on huge names before the pre-season tour, its all gone a bit quiet on the transfer front over the last month or so.
As we enter the business end of the transfer season, Manchester United have been linked with a whole host of big names. The latest name on that list is Wolfsburg’s Kevin de Bruyne, and according to Sport1 [who got the Schweinsteiger deal correct before it happened], Manchester United have entered the race to sign the €60million man.
The Belgian is predominantly a central player, and he has been heavily linked with a move to City over the last few weeks but due to Silva’s form he may be considering his future.
If Manchester United want him they’ll have to go about this deal quickly as time is running out. He had a fantastic season for Wolfsburg last year and he’s clearly hugely talented. I’d welcome him at Old Trafford.
