Manchester United fans get huge news as star travels to Turkey for Fenerbahce game

Manchester United take on Fenerbahce away at Turkey tomorrow evening, as Jose Mourinho’s men look to take a real hold of their Europa League group. A win would definitely do that, and their cause has been boosted by the fact that somewhat of a forgotten man looks set to travel.

Manchester Evening News journalist Samuel Luckhurst reckons that Henrikh Mkhitaryan has travelled as part of a 21-man squad to Istanbul – meaning we could well see the Armenian in action for the first time since his horror show against Manchester City in the league derby.

We all know just how capable of a footballer Henrikh Mkhitaryan is when given a regular start, allowing that confidence and momentum to build. Let’s hope that tomorrow’s game is the first of that string of games he needs to play, and here’s to him putting in an masterclass against a resilient Fenerbahce side.
