Manchester United Football Club made it two wins out of two in the Premier League last night, thanks to an excellent 2-0 victory. The man who’ll take all the plaudits was Zlatan Ibrahimovic, as he scored a fantastic brace including a stunning header.
However, another man who put in a thoroughly impressive performance was Paul Pogba, with the Frenchman looking outstanding from the get-go. It’s been a while since we’ve had a central midfielder with the willingness to beat his man, and the 23-year-old did that more often than not.
Not only that, though, we’ve witnessed just how good of an all-around footballer he is. There is no doubts that we’ve got one of the best in the world in his position, and if he stays fit and plays his natural game, we’re in for a real treat this season.
As you’d expect, Manchester United fans were buzzing all over social media, so we’ve compiled some of their best tweets.
