Manchester United Football Club picked up a hard-fought point at The Etihad Stadium yesterday, with Jose Mourinho’s men defending diligently throughout. The Red Devils had to play the last portion of the game a man down, thanks to a Marouane Fellaini red card; no surprises there, then.
The big Belgian went into the game in a decent run of form, having played a key part in our excellent results over the last few weeks. However, that situation last night has taken him from hero to zero in a heartbeat.
Fellaini had literally picked up a yellow card seconds before taking another swipe at Sergio Aguero. Then, the pair went head-to-head and it looked like our midfield man made the first attempt to headbutt his opponents; but it is worth noting that the Argentine striker went down like he’d been shot.
As you’d imagine, the Manchester United fans weren’t best pleased with Fellaini after the game. He definitely could have cost his teammates a point at the end of the day, but thankfully, we did a great job defensively and kept them out.
Have a look at the tweets aimed at Fellaini here:
That shithousing after Fellaini got sent off was marvellous. We could still be playing now and City wouldn't have scored.

Wake up and remember I don't have to witness Fellaini play another PL game this season. Doesn't get any better. And it's bank hol weekend ??

Fellaini was a stonewall red- he got played- but Rashford was kicked and blocked relentlessly while Atkinson ignored it…

Disappointed in Fellaini. Had the chance to proper smash that prick & didn't take it.

Before you hang Fellaini out to dry, ask yourself if you'd like to stick one on Agüero…

If Mourinho doesn't end Fellaini for that, the dopey cretin…..
