Manchester United flop says big clubs could try to sign him next summer

Manchester United made one of the most infamous transfer moves under Sir Alex Ferguson, after the Scot sanctioned a £8million move to sign Bebe despite not seeing him play one minute of football back in his hometown of Portugal.

As we all know the move didn’t go well, but the winger isn’t ruling out a return to Old Trafford next summer – but only if he has a good season in Spain.

“I’ve never thought about that [returning to Man United], but nothing is impossible.

“If I score ten goals here [Rayo Vallecano], I’m going to have many big teams chasing me again next year.” Bebe said.

I’m fairly certain that even if Bebe scored 20+ goals for Rayo Vallecano this summer, there is absolutely no chance he’ll be returning to Old Trafford anytime soon.

He was truly awful here, and although his story sounded great on paper he just wasn’t good enough to succeed at Manchester United. That said, he was still a red and I wish him all the best.
