Manchester United are extremely depleted in terms of numbers in the full-back positions at the moment, largely down to mass injuries to key players like Luke Shaw and Matteo Darmian. Now Louis van Gaal is planning to try and solve that problem before the window slams shut tomorrow.
According to the Sunday People, Louis van Gaal is keeping an eye on Tottenham’s Danny Rose, who has been in and out of the team under Mauricio Pochettino.
The Englishman is 25, and now into his eighth season at White Hart Lane, but with Ben Davies there as well, their time on the pitch has been split right down the middle.
That could leave an opening for Manchester United to come in for his signature and offer him regular game time which could well sway him to make the move to Old Trafford.
