Manchester United Football Club are clearly trying to get their business done as early as possible – presumably to ward off any other potential buyers for the best players. The latest link comes from Spanish media outlet Record.
They say that Manchester United have a genuine interest in signing Pachuca winger, Hirving Lozano.
The speedy left-winger has bags of pace and a real eye for a goal. Although right-footed, he is built in a similar mould to Memphis Depay who loves to cut in and get some shots in on the opposing goal.
As per usual, there is always some sort of risk involved when signing a relative unknown. Lozano has played all of his professional football for Pachuca in the Liga MX, and has largely been untested at the highest level.
However, Manchester United’s interest seems genuine. The news has come direct from his current club, and they wouldn’t want to make it public knowledge unless they knew their player will probably be on the move. Their president has taken the decision to go global with his comments, probably to entice other clubs into bidding.
