Manchester United have just three Premier League games left before the end of the season, and Marouane Fellaini is likely to miss all of them, according to Sky Sports News‘ Graeme Souness. However, if found guilty, the big Belgian would return in time to take part in the FA Cup final.
The 28-year old was involved in an incident with Leicester’s Robert Huth yesterday, in which the Foxes defender seemingly pulled Fellaini’s hair. In typical Fellaini fashion, the Belgian returned by throwing his elbow towards Huth’s face.
After the game, Louis van Gaal explained that what Marouane Fellaini did was a natural reaction to someone pulling you’re hair, and you can see where the Dutchman is coming from.
That said, Fellaini shouldn’t have reacted in the way he did. He needs to realise that he cannot go around throwing his elbow at everyone who annoys him, and its looking likely that he will not play a Premier League game for Manchester United until August.
