Manchester United massively boosted in pursuit of Gareth Bale – report

Manchester United have been chasing that huge marquee signing since Louis van Gaal’s arrival at Old Trafford, but as of yet, the Iron Tulip hasn’t been able to pull it off. That could all be about to change, and its all thanks to Real Madrid’s inability to stick with a manager.

According to the Telegraph, Gareth Bale is extremely unhappy at the way in which Madrid have sacked Rafael Benitez, and the Welsh Wizard has already told officials in Spain that he is already considering a move back to the Premier League.

When you add that to the fact that several newspaper yesterday claimed United were readying a £75million move for Bale, it certainly feels as though a move could happen this summer.

I’ve always felt that one day Bale will come to Old Trafford and follow in the footsteps of his hero Ryan Giggs, and if Louis van Gaal can land a coup this big, it could be huge for our title chances going forward.
