Manchester United open talks to sign world class central midfielder

Manchester United could be about to break the bank, with the club opening talks with Juventus about the possibility of bringing Paul Pogba back to Old Trafford. The 23-year-old Frenchman is currently representing his country out in France at the moment.

According to French media outlet L’Equipe, discussions between Manchester United and Juventus are already taking place – with Mourinho keen to enforce his midfield before the season kicks off in just six weeks time.

Pogba infamously left Manchester United on a free transfer back in 2012, when Sir Alex Ferguson didn’t give him any playing time, and the midfielder decided to make the switch to Juventus.

However, Pogba has always felt that a return to Manchester United would happen at some point as part of his pre-planned career path.

L’equipe go on to say that the Old Lady won’t sell Pogba for anything less than £82.8million – an astronomical fee, but one that would be more than worth it in the long run.
