Reports coming out of SportBild say that Manchester United are willing to offer Robert Lewandowski a huge £11million-a-year contract to switch Bavaria for Old Trafford, to secure that guaranteed 20-goal-a-season striker.
The Pole is one of the best all-round forwards in world football. He scores goals for fun, his hold-up play is superb and he is a great team player. The stumbling block would certainly be the fee with Bayern Munich, and they’d probably expect a bid of at least £40-50million to part with one of their most prized assets.
