Jose Mourinho is widely known as a manager who doesn’t persist with youth whatsoever. He is a coach who puts all of his trust in seniority, and that seems to be coming to the fore again at Manchester United. It now looks as though he is ready to let another talent leave Old Trafford.
The Daily Telegraph say that Jose and Manchester United are ready to let James Wilson leave on a season-long loan. The Englishman is believed to be in the middle of a tug of war between both Derby County and Fulham, following a half-decent loan spell with Brighton last season.
Wilson burst onto the scene under Ryan Giggs’ short tenure back in 2013, but since then hasn’t really been given a sniff in the first-team at all. Sadly for him, Rashford has definitely taken over Wilson in the pecking order, and now, all roads seemingly point to him leaving the club.
It looks as though Jose is ready to give him one more chance to impress elsewhere before letting him go permanently. However, if the right offer comes in, he could well find himself out for good.
