Manchester United Football Club are finally back after a two-week hiatus due to international football, with Jose Mourinho’s men kicking things off with a 0-0 draw away at Liverpool. After that game, the club were hit with some bad news regarding talented striker James Wilson.
The 20-year-old from Biddulph hasn’t had the best time of things since bursting onto the scene a few years ago, and has found himself out of the Manchester United side or elsewhere on loan.
That is also the case at this point in time, where he was gaining some valuable playing time with Derby County. However, that spell has ended due to a rather worrying injury, Manchester United have confirmed.
The extent of the injury is yet to be announced by the club, but the fact that they felt the need to cut his loan spell suggests it could well be a lengthy one.
