Manchester United fans all over the globe will be expecting a hectic transfer window this summer, whether Louis van Gaal is the man at the helm or not. The club, who are in the middle of a major transitional period, could well miss out on Champions League football, which would certainly make things harder when approaching those world class players.
According to the Daily Mirror, Manchester United have renewed their longstanding interest in one of the best midfielders on the planet; Toni Kroos.
The German was thought to be high on United’s list of priorities a couple of summers ago, but the German international chose a lucrative move to Real Madrid rather than Old Trafford.
Kroos, 26, would almost single-handedly transform our midfield which has been extremely hit and miss this season. He’d certainly cost an awful lot of money though, but thats something that Manchester United are blessed with, and they’ll be able to afford Madrid’s demands if Manchester United do decide to make a move when the transfer window officially opens.
