Manchester United show an interest in Italian striker

Louis van Gaal brought some huge names through the Old Trafford doors in the summer transfer window, with the Iron Tulip spending way in excess of £100million to mould the squad in his image and famous philosophy.

It looks as though the Dutchman clearly isn’t anywhere close to being complete in the moulding of his squad, and reports in Italy suggest Manchester United’s next target is Domenico Berardi who currently plays for Sassuolo in the Serie A.

The reports say that United will have to act fast however, with Italian giants Juventus seriously considering a bid for the 21-year old too. The young forward has already make his mark on the international scene also, having played plenty of times for Italy’s U21s side.

He probably won’t come cheap, as Italy are a nation who’s best players usually stay at home in the Serie A, and they’ll probably force United to pay through the roof for their latest star.
