Manchester United show interest in signing Spanish striker

Manchester United  Football Club didn’t make any moves to bring new players into Old Trafford this January transfer window just gone, which will certainly pile the pressure on Edward Woodward to deliver over the summer. He has already begun scouting players, ahead of potential signings.

One man whom United are interested in bringing in is Alvaro Morata, a Spanish striker who is currently playing his football for Juventus in the Serie A, but he could be on the move come June.

March say that both Manchester United and Real Madrid have shown a strong interest in the 23-year old, who is set to cost €50million to the eventual winner of his signature.

Manchester United are still lacking that and out and out striker, and with Wayne Rooney approaching 30 there might not be much life left in him. We could do a whole lot worse than Alvaro Morata as a replacement.
