Manchester United and Jose Mourinho have only used a limited amount of players at the start of the season, presumably down to the fact that the club have only had one game a week to play. However, things will change as we enter September due to both the Europa League and EFL Cup starting up.
One man who has been somewhat forgotten about recently is Timothy Fosu-Mensah. The Dutchman was a key part of things in the second half of last term, but he hasn’t played a minute of football yet.
Today, the 18-year-old took to Twitter to show the world that he is remaining focused, and ready to play for Jose Mourinho of the opportunity arises.

Fosu-Mensah’s versatility is definitely his biggest selling point, and the fact he offers an outlet in multiple defensive positions is huge for Mourinho. Sadly, I don’t think we’ll see him start against Feyenoord, but it would be a real show of faith from Jose if he does deploy the Holland U21 international.
