Manchester United Football Club made a fantastic start to the season, largely due to Luke Shaw’s excellent ability to defend and attack. Sadly that was taken away from us due to a double leg-break back in September, and many thought he wouldn’t play again this season.
However that may not be the case, and the 20-year old could well make a sensational return to action before the end of the season – meaning he could well be available for selection for England’s European Championship squad too.
The Manchester Evening News say that Shaw could return to action in the ‘final weeks’ of this current campaign, which would be a huge confidence booster for everyone – but none more so than Shaw himself.
It’ll also mean he can go into the off-season fully focused on pre-season, rather than having to worry about continuing rehabilitation before he can be involved in any real match situations.
