Manchester United are lining up a move for their third signing already, as they prepare to test Juventus’ resolve over the signing of Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal. The 27-year old is regarded as one of the best midfielders in the world, but he’d certainly cost a pretty penny.
The Daily Star reckon that United are readying a £30million bid for Vidal, as they look to see just how strong Juve’s stance is regarding the sale of one of their top players. The Italian league isn’t once as strong as it was, and Vidal would surely consider a move away from Turin if Premier League football is on offer?
He’d be perfect alongside Herrera in my opinion, the two would compliment each other well and their versatility would mean they’d be a real force to any top European side.
The midfielder is currently having an excellent World Cup with Chile, who look like the dark horses who could surprise a few big teams.
Would Arturo Vidal be a good partner for Ander Herrera in midfield? Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below.
