Manchester United’s Memphis Depay has been struggling on the field for the most part this season – particularly in the Premier League. However he has received the full backing of his international colleague, Leroy Fer. Who expects Depay to come good in the end.
“Depay received a lot of criticism. Believe me, Its ok with him & he’ll be fine. I think it’s time he let his feet do all the talking.” Leroy Fer said.
There is no doubting Memphis Depay’s talents as a footballer, but his off-field attitude has come into question a few times already. All he needs is a good run in the side, a bit of faith shown in him by the manager and an arm around his shoulder – he’ll come good eventually.
We saw glimpses of what he can do against Watford. He scored a fantastic goal at the start of the game and controlled the action from the front. He just needs that to continue.
